Reservation and deposit policy :All
reservation requests will confirm with deposit of 50% of
the total amount. The balance should be paid at the arrival.
Cancellation policy:
An administration fee of 50$ will be charged for all cancellations
and added to this:
From 30 to 22 days before your stay: 10%
From 21 to 11 days before your stay: 25%
From 10 to 1 days before your stay: 50%
Arrival date: 100%, no refund.
Security deposit:A
security deposit of 200$ per condo MAY BE required and payable
on arrival.
